Payments Policy

Gift Vouchers

  1. Orders for Southgate Gift Vouchers are processed and posted on the next business day. Gift Vouchers are only available for delivery within Australia. All Orders are delivered via Australia Post Express Post to a nominated residential or business address. Southgate will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery or for any lost or misdirected Gift Vouchers, including any Gift Voouchers lost or misdirected in the mail. Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon dispatch of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.
  2. Gift Vouchers will expire 12 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at one business per voucher at Southgate. Expired Vouchers cannot be refunded.
  3. Customers who wish to cancel an order must immediately notify Southgate Centre Management on 03 9686 1000 during business hours, quoting the Invoice number. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Southgate Centre Management will endeavour to process a cancellation request where possible, but will not be liable for any failure to do so
  4. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry.

Terms and Conditions

  1. We encourage the group organiser to ensure all individuals within their party are reminded of the booking.
  2. All dates and options are set.
  3. Full payment must be made online to secure booking. AMEX, VISA and Mastercard only accepted.
  4. Each restaurant can cater for special dietary requirement and vegetarian options. There is space on the online booking form to make these requests.
  5. The Moveable Feast restaurant schedule is correct at the time of publication. In the event a restaurant is unable to participate in a specified course due to circumstances outside of Southgate’s control, a substitute Southgate restaurant of equal value will be scheduled in its place. Existing bookings will have the option to transfer to an alternate date within the existing program if they wish, or continue with the revised schedule on the existing date.

Payment Policy

  1. All bookings for Southgate’s Moveable Feasts are confirmed in writing to the group organiser.
  2. The group organiser is sent an email confirmation.
  3. The confirmation email should be received by the payee within 24 hours. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please telephone (03) 9686 1000 or email us.
  4. Tickets must be paid in full to secure bookings. There are no refunds on bookings made.
  5. Any changes to bookings including dates, number of tickets and dietary requirements must be made to Southgate Reception on 03 9686 1000 or email us the Wednesday prior to your booking.
  6. In the event you cannot attend your booking, please contact Southgate Reception to discuss changing your booking to another session. This will be subject to availability.
  7. In the event a booking cannot be transferred to another session, a Southgate Gift Voucher will be provided to the organiser in lieu of a refund. Applications for a Gift Voucher refund must be made to Southgate Reception by the Wednesday prior to your booking.
  8. Cancellations on the day or individuals not ‘showing up’ for the booking cannot be refunded, as the relevant restaurant/s have reserved your booking.
