What we do here at Trampoline is unique. Certainly our flavours are unique, but so are our ingredients.
100% Aussie made and owned – and proud of it! – all Trampoline Gelato is made fresh onsite daily, using only the best all natural real ingredients, including farm-fresh milk from our local Gippsland farmers, smooth Callebaut couverture chocolate, crunchy Sicilian pistachios and Bourbon Madagascan vanilla beans.
Gelato is Italian for ice cream and the main ingredients are the same – milk, cream and sugar. But unlike most ice cream, Trampoline gelato contains less fat and less air, leaving more room for all the good stuff, like fresh fruit and nuts. Even better, our gelato contains only around 6% fat (by Australian law, ice cream must contain minimum 10% fat, with most premium ice creams sitting heavy at around 18% fat) and our sorbets are 100% fat free, yippee!
With surprisingly different flavours like Lamington, Open Sesame, Choc Crackle and Spotty Dog, plus a chockablock range of gelato, sorbet, shakes, cakes, sundaes and take-home, feel free to stop by and get in on the fun sometime. Kick back, relax and enjoy. But please, lick responsibly.
