The Deck’s blackboard selection menu changes on a weekly basis to best reflect seasonal & local produce.

The menu this week is:

• House made Tagliatelle, Duck & Mushroom Ragu
• Barramundi, Pipis, Pea Purée, Braised Cos Lettuce
• Roasted Pork Belly for 2 (700gm), Kipfler Potatoes, Capaonta, Spring Salad, BBQ Sauce
• Scotch Fillet (250gm) Bok Choy, Celeriac, Red Wine Jus
