Over eight years ago La Camera Southgate introduced the first Italian Yum Cha event. We are flattered that other restaurants have copied our innovative night and we are up for the challenge.
We have injected a hearty dose of Italian into the traditional yum cha concept. The dining experience hardly changes from the traditional Chinese version – food is served in wooden baskets and delivered to your table on a dining trolley. What’s different? La Camera replaces dim sum with modern Italian dishes and Chinese tea with wine.
A great wat to sample many of the dishes on La Camera’s new a la carte menu, including potato croquettes, Wagyu skinless sausage, Linguini Cozzze (mussels), panzerotti, rigatoni pollo and a new pizza range. Those with a sweet tooth can also dig into a treats from the dessert menu. Clinton Fry, La Camera’s resident saxophonist, will be taking requests all night.
Dishes start at $5.50
